The emphatic win sees Ba move to 10 points from four matches with an improved goal difference of +8, underlining their strong start to the season. The Men-in-Black now lead the table outright and have also emerged as one of the most consistent attacking sides in the competition.

Defending champions Stratum Construction Rewa FC climbed to second place after edging Extra Supermarket Labasa FC 2–1 in a crucial clash at Ratu Cakobau Park. The victory lifts Rewa to nine points, keeping them firmly in contention for the title as they continue to build momentum.

For Labasa, the loss sees them drop to third place on seven points, despite maintaining a strong goal difference of +6. The Babasiga Lions will look to bounce back in the next round after surrendering their top spot.
