UFC superstars Amanda Nunes and Nina Ansaroff have announced they are expecting their first child.
The two fighters confirmed their engagement in the summer of 2018 after the Brazilian got down on one knee.
The 31-year-old Octagon queen took to social media to break the news earlier today.
Sharing a picture of pair holding up a cute baby outfit, she wrote: “I wanna tell every single person on this planet that…. Raegan Ann Nunes will be here mid September! I cannot wait to see her.
“People let me share my happiness with you.
“I’m already counting the days for September. Raegan Ann Nunes.”
American Ansaroff, 34, competes in the strawweight division and has a record of 10-6.
But despite now carrying a tiny bundle of joy, she has no plans to call it a day inside the cage.
She said will return to fighting “not too long after” giving birth.
The heart-warming announcement was the icing on the cake for Nunes.
Just hours earlier it was confirmed she will put her 145-pound title on the line in the main event of UFC 250 in Sao Paulo.
She will defend her starp back in her homeland against Canadian challenger Felicia Spencer.
Nunes and Ansaroff have been in a relationship since 2012 after meeting as training partners at the American Top Team gym in Florida.
After the “Lioness” defeated Miesha Tate in 2016 at UFC 200, the couple became more open about their relationship as have gone on the record to discuss their desire to get wed and have kids.
