Templegate’s best bets for the meeting at Gulfstream Park on Sky Sports Racing on Friday

BEBEAU takes a drop in class on the back of a good fourth in a stronger race than this last time out. His chance wasn’t helped by being forced to take a wide route which cost him lengths. He has enough quality to come out on top.

Traceability must rate the danger after a fast-finishing second last time. That was a big improvement on his debut effort and top rider Joel Rosario is in the plate.

Joe Benjamin has shown some promise with a solid third 22 days ago. A repeat of that could see him on the premises.

SILVER MAKER cost the best part of a million dollars and is surely capable of better than we have seen on his two outings to date. This race represents a fair drop in class and should see him get off the mark.

Dardanellos must rate a big danger after a game runner-up effort over this trip latest. He makes his third start here and wouldn’t have to show a lot more to get his head in front.

Hail Michigan is another to consider if he can build on his decent sixth last time out.

LADY NOGUEZ showed promise when coming with a late run in a similar contest to this last time out. She was beaten just a neck in the end and should be on the premises again.

Donder ‘N Blitzen got the job done in game fashion when winning in a tight finish latest. She is at her best over this trip and should be in the shake-up again.

Beasachi could figure on this first start for new connections. She didn’t get much luck in running last time when blocked when making a challenge. Granted better fortune she should be in the mix.

BIRD MAP drops in class and goes up distance here which should help her chances. She was last seen finishing fourth against much stronger rivals than these and the booking of Luis Saez is a positive move for the yard.

Miss Adventure went well on turf last time when showing plenty of early pace. That bodes well for this drop back in trip in a race that looks a little easier to win.

Carolyn’s Smile should be on the premises after looking in need of her comeback from a long break last time.

ALGODONAL drops in grade here after burning too much petrol going from the front last time. She was just edged out in a three-way photo which was a really good effort after being in the firing line throughout. Another big run is expected, especially if she can hold something back for the finish.

Feature Creature will be hoping for much better luck than last time when she was bumped a couple of times. Despite that she was only a length away and is another to consider.

So Charming got the job done nicely last time and will be competitive again in similar company.

KILLA DEE stepped up to this grade to land a second win on the spin last time. He pulled right away from his rivals there over six furlongs and this slight drop in distance holds no fears.

Take Charge Dude is interesting because his trainer has a cracking record when switching his horses from turf to dirt. That’s what he does here and his form is much stronger on this surface. That makes him a big threat.

Travy Boy has won five of his 26 starts and was a good second last time. A repeat of that would give him a chance.

MAGIC RIVER may well have won here last time but for being hampered early on. She did well to make up lost ground and was closing fast before the line came too soon. With a clearer run she can figure this time.

Boss Wife came home first last time against maidens so needs to find more today. That was just her fifth run so there should be plenty of improvement in her.

Gioielli didn’t enjoy the dirt track last time after showing much more promise on turf. Returning to this surface looks a wise move.

FOUR GRACES is closely related to some classy performers and was pretty impressive when scoring over seven furlongs here on debut. She ran right away from her rivals to record a good speed figure. This longer trip should be ideal on breeding and there’s a lot more to come.

Four Grands landed a decent contest first time out when pulling away from her rivals in the final furlong. She was clear best and can take another step forward.

Finding Fame was a relatively expensive buy who showed good heart to win on debut. She can figure in what looks a hot contest.

SMELL OF ROSES showed up well for a long way last time before fading into fourth after going a little too quick early on. That was over this distance and he looks capable of better if able to set a more even pace.

Positive Phil should find this company a little easier that last time. He has a hard luck story because he was carried wide when making his challenge and had to settle for third. A repeat of that effort – minus the bad luck – could see him strike.

Dillion Rocks got his head in front last time and deserves to take his chance against these better rivals.

R MAN JOE (NAP) has been knocking on the door and takes a major drop in grade after finishing second in a Listed contest here last time out. This should be much simpler than that and he’s capable of holding on this time.

Allegedly Perfect is an interesting turf track debutant. He is certainly bred to be above this grade and has been showing some promise on dirt.

Shared Legacy is another to note after a good second coming back from a break last time.
