FEU FOLLET (3.35) was a convincing winner here in March when seeing off his rivals by a comfortable seven lengths. This is a hotter race over a longer trip but he he has been placed in Grade 3 company over 2m5f so he should get home.
Cobra De Larre won a couple of decent handicaps at Auteuil in November and returned with a good third in a stronger race than this in March. He looks dangerous over a trip that suits well.
Lou Buck’s came back from almost two years off to win over timber here in March. He looked a prospect in winning both his chase starts before that break and should go well.
Equation won in a head-bobber over timber latest having lost her way a little in chases. She has her sights lowered here which could help.
BIPOLAIRE (4.35) has three wins and four places from seven hurdles runs and can maintain that good record. He was close third in a similar contest at Auteuil on comeback and has no issues with this trip.
Crystal Beach is probably the classiest horse in the line-up but he’s quirky and has been known to play up at the start. His last run came when falling in the Grand Steeplechase Du Paris at Auteuil when he was backed. He’s a Grade 3 winner over fences and his best hurdles form would be good enough.
The Stomp has won seven of his nine chases with four of those wins here. This trip suits and he’s a big danger.
