DONA VIVA is a newcomer from the top trainer and jockey team at the track. A market move would increase confidence.

VAKILABAD is bred to be a champion stayer and has been found a modest race for this debut. Market support for the Aga Khan’s newcomer would be telling.

Spring Is Coming has plenty of stamina in his pedigree so should take a big step forward from his debut.

Coeur Elephant showed promise in his first start and should be on the premises, while Green Brook is going up in trip here.

CLEANTE improved a bundle to finish second at Deauville last time, going down in a photo. She comes from a top yard and has much more to offer over this distance.

The newcomers look the dangers with the Aga Khan’s Kassra bred to stay and coming from a leading trainer.

Waldgorl has a stamina-packed pedigree so look out for a market move.

LE LAUREAT should be good enough to get off the mark after a couple of places in his short career. Trainer Jean Claude Rouget has been in flying form since the restart.

Canoeing has been knocking on the door and won’t mind some cut in the ground. He should be on the podium again.

Mereking looks the pick of the newcomers for a yard that has plenty of winners here. Similar comments apply to Seven Songs.

ZARZA is a half-sister to superstar stayer Zarvaka who also carried the Aga Khan silks to glory including an Arc win in 2008. She has plenty to live up to on that score and looks a filly to follow.

MILOS sets the standard after winning at Clarefontaine in October and going down by a neck in a similar race to this at Fontainebleau last time out. She sees out this trip well and doesn’t have a lot to beat.

Vigo is worth a look on handicap debut after showing some promise in maidens.

Ineedaleader scored at claiming level latest and can’t be ruled out in this modest handicap. She should handle this longer distance.

Soul Of Maria is another who has been going well in claimers and has an each-way shout in an open race.

GORMLAITH went close in a stronger race than this at Bordeaux last time out in February. She likes this trip and looks on a fair handicap mark.

Eastern Promise was a close-up fourth at this level at Deauville last week and can make her fitness count.

Fatou is turned out quickly by a new trainer after a modest effort four days ago. That should have blown away the cobwebs and she’s got placed form in this level.

Veteran Irish Kaldoun has won better race than this and a market move on comeback is worth following.

ENGELBURG was second in this race 12 months ago and returns with less weight on his back. He was third in good company at Chantilly last time and should run well.

Marboot is coming right down in class after his comeback 13 days ago and is a threat over this ideal distance.

Chika Dream and Irish Storm both head here after good wins and are proven over trip and track. That makes them both a threat.

MY NAME IS STORM took a tumble when backed on debut at Compiegne last time. He’s turned out again quickly in an arguably weaker race and should run well if over that experience.

More letters than a Scrabble set in most of this field’s form so we’ll take a chance that the first-time blinkers give KAPLYMA a boost. He’s at least had a run when finishing fifth in a fair race at Vichy last week. That should have helped his fitness and he doesn’t have a lot to beat.

Desaguadero is hit and miss but probably needed the outing when pulled up at Auteuil last week. He has some placed form over hurdles and could hit the places.

Energie Blue has been off a long time but was last seen finishing second in a better race than this.
