Northland Tailevu U19 Youth side has taken the lead in the Digicel U19 Youth League Southern Zone after a 1-all draw against Rewa last Saturday in round two of the competition at Fiji FA Academy Ground in Vatuwaqa.

Both teams were evenly matched with the Kritesh Prasad-coached Northland Tailevu side with some of its experience players who play for the senior team showing constructive and organized football.
Northland Tailevu created many chances but fail to utilize them in the start but Shazan Ahmed brought some life to the side after getting past the Rewa defense and getting the goal in the 17th minute.
