Former Fiji 7s skipper Kalione Nasoko may feature for defending Fiji Bitter Marist 7s champion, Police next week.

Police will be defending their Marist 7s title without their coach Mosese Volavola who has left for the USA.

Senior players Keponi Paul, Samisoni Viriviri and Joeli Lutumailagi are looking after the side with trainer Sale Tubuna.

Last year’s Marist 7s winning captain Livai Ikanikoda will not feature for Police after being injured at the Los Angeles 7s two weeks ago.

The Marist 7s will be held at the ANZ Stadium from next Thursday to Saturday.
