Manchester United’s players look sharp as Erik ten Hag’s side jet off to Bangkok for pre-season games in Thailand and Australia… with new boy Tyrell Malacia spotted on the Red Devils’ plane

Manchester United‘s players have been spotted suited and booted as they boarded their plane to Bangkok ahead of pre-season.

The Red Devils will travel to Thailand and Australia ahead of the new season – with English rivals Liverpool kicking-off off their campaign in Bangkok on Tuesday.

Erik ten Hag’s side confirmed which players have made the trip, after the Premier League outfit were spotted boarding their flight to Asia.

United named a 31-man travelling squad for their 2022 tour including 13 academy graduates such as Alejandro Garnacho, Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage.

New signing Tyrell Malacia is part of the squad as he prepares to begin life with the Red Devils, after completing a transfer from Feyenoord worth £12.9million plus another £1.7m in add-ons on Tuesday.

United have also brought attacking trio Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho as the forwards all look to recover their best form for the club.

There is no sign of Cristiano Ronaldo in the United squad – as the rumours grow over the No. 7’s potential exit from Old Trafford this summer.

The Red Devils Erik ten Hag’s side will travel to Bangkok, Melbourne and Perth before heading to Oslo, Norway for their pre-season preparations this year.

The Red Devils will then head to the famed Melbourne Cricket Ground to take on local A-League team Melbourne Victory on July 15th and Premier League rivals Crystal Palace on July 19th.

To round things off in Australia, the team will travel to Perth to take on Aston Villa on July 23rd at the Optus Stadium.
