Lami futsal side maintains the lead on the Digicel Sothern Zone Futsal league points table despite going down 1-4 against Rewa in their last outing at FMF Gymnasium in Suva last Wednesday.

The Imtiaz Khan-coached side after playing eleven matches is on 20 points with six wins, one draw, and three defeats.

The win moved Rewa in third place with 18 points.

Suva has climbed to second place with 19 points after beating Navua 5-2 while Nasinu edged Northland Tailevu 6-4 in round eleven of the competition last week.

Tailevu Naitasiri sits in fourth place with 17 points. Nasinu is fifth with 15 points. Navua is in sixth with 13 points while Northland Tailevu is at bottom of the table with 3 points.

There will be two rounds of competition this week.

Tonight at 6 pm Northland Tailevu will play Navua followed by Tailevu Naitasiri vs Lami at 7 pm. The last match tonight will be between Suva and Rewa at 8 pm in round 12 of the competition.

Round 13 will be played this Friday at the same venue in which at 6 pm Nasinu will take on Navua while Northland Tailevu will face Rewa at 7 pm. Tailevu Naitasiri and Suva will take the field at 8 pm.
