Nottingham Forest ended their 23-year wait to return to the Premier League as they beat Huddersfield 1-0 in the Championship play-off final.
An own goal from Levi Colwill just before half time was sufficient to see Forest secure victory.
Huddersfield’s Harry Toffolo was booked for diving in the second half when he felt he should have been awarded a penalty.
