Northland Tailevu football side has moved up to the third position on the Digicel Senior League Viti Levu Zone points table after a draw against Tavua last Sunday at Ratu Cakobau Park Ground Two in Nausori.
Coach Kritesh Prasad said the hard work and dedication of the players were getting the fruits.
“I am so proud of my boys. They really played their heart out and getting a point against Tavua is a morale booster, “said an elated Prasad

“We have a very young team with most of the youth players but they are doing their best,” former Northland Tailevu rep.
Northland Tailevu is in third place with 10 points after playing eight matches in which they have won three, lost four matches, and a draw.
They will face Rakiraki in round nine of the competition this weekend.
Meanwhile, Lami FC registered its first win in the competition after an impressive 4-0 win against Rakiraki on Sunday at Fiji FA Academy Ground in Vatuwaqa.
