Another exciting round of Digicel Premier League matches will be played this weekend after some thrilling matches last weekend.
Navua after a 2-6 defeat to Lautoka will host Ba at Uprising Sports Center in Pacific Harbour.
Both teams will be aiming for a win as Ba is yet to register a win in the DPL while Navua will want to give something back to their fans at home.
Navua has three points in the bag after a 3-1 win over Nadroga in the opener while Ba has lost 1-0 to Rewa and 1-2 to Suva.
It is expected to be a thrilling encounter at 3 pm in Navua.
Two matches will be played at the ANZ Stadium on Sunday with a Digicel Women’s IDC final 12 midday.
At 2pm NZOTC Nasinu will host Nadi. Nasinu is currently unbeaten after two rounds of matches with a 2-0 win over Labasa and nil-all draw against Tailevu Naitasiri on Sunday.
Nadi after a 3-0 loss to Tailevu Naitasiri has regrouped and defeated Nadroga 2-0 on Sunday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
The Mira Sahib coach has a very young side while Kamal Swamy coached Nadi FC has a mixture of experience and young players.
It’s going to be a battle of coaches.
The feature match of round three will be between arch-rivals and neighbors Rewa and Tailevu Naitasiri.
Both teams are currently undefeated in the competition.
The Delta Tigers have decided to play without its five key players who are in camp with the Digicel national men’s team.
The match kicks off at 4 pm.
