What date does the Ryder Cup 2021 start?

  • The delayed Ryder Cup will be played THIS weekend, starting on Friday, September 24 to Sunday, September 26.
  • It was originally supposed to be played between September 25 to 27 in 2020 but the coronavirus pandemic halted those plans.
  • This year’s Ryder Cup will be the first played since September 2018, when Europe beat USA.

What TV channel is the Ryder Cup on and can I live stream it in the UK?

  • Sky Sports will have a dedicated Ryder Cup channel for the whole week of the competition.
  • The broadcast will begin on Monday, September 20 and run throughout the entire week.
  • You can live stream the Ryder Cup on Now TV, which costs £33.99 a month.
  • Live coverage of the play will begin at 12.45pm on Sky Sports Ryder Cup every day in the UK and Ireland.
  • The afternoon fourballs are scheduled to begin every day at 6.10pm UK time on Friday and Saturday.

  • NBC have exclusive broadcast rights to the Ryder Cup.

  • Then NBC will air the Ryder Cup from 9am ET Saturday on their main channel, with coverage also on the same location from Noon Sunday.

Who is playing in the Ryder Cup for USA and Europe?

Both Europe and USA teams have now been named for Whistling Straits.

There is NO Tiger Woods no Phil Mickelson for captain Steve Stricker’s Team USA.
