Chetty warns players | FijiFootball.com.fj

All in One Builders Nadi Football acting president Mun Sami Chetty has urged fans to be patient as they are doing their best to put a formidable team.

Chetty has warned some senior players to pull up their socks in this weekend’s Digicel Premier League after a dismal performance against newcomers Tailevu Naitasiri last weekend.

“Some players were well below par and need to prove their worth to keep their place in the team with youth players ready to step,” said Chetty

He said they would be a different team this weekend when they take on Nadroga FC.

“Rahul Krishna and Shivneel Pillay will be making a return in the second round after their work commitment and injury break,”

“Also training with us are brothers Mohammed Arian and Mohammed Ayman who were part of the Nadi futsal side and also Shaheel Valentine who is a younger brother of William Valentine,” said Chetty

Chetty said there were some youth players who are currently sitting for their external exams and would join the team soon.

“These youngsters will be given a chance if the senior players are dropped.”

Chetty further added that Nadi’s vision is to build a team for the future and coach Kamal Swamy would work to develop these youngsters.

He requested fans to keep faith in the management and coaching team.

All In One Builders Nadi will face Nadroga at 12 pm on Sunday at Churchill Park in a triple header.
