The Viti Water Flow Lautoka football side registered yet another three points in the Digicel Premier League after its convincing 3-1 victory over the Esy Kool Nadi FC at Churchill Park on Sunday.
It was an own goal by Nadi’s Ashneel Kumar that separated the two sides at halftime.
In-form striker Sairusi Nalaubu once again rose to the occasion and scored a brace in the second half to seal the victory.
Sakaraia Naisua scored the lone goal for the Jetsetters.
Blues head coach, Imdad Ali, said the boys stuck to the game plan despite a hot day in Lautoka.
“Yes, the boys played very hard and it was a very hot day yet they played very well.
“They played according to the plan that I had and they delivered,” he said.
Ali said he would be working on a few areas before getting the team ready to face the Online I.T Solutions Ba FC this week.
“We need to improve a little bit on finishing and probably the midfield holding.
“We lost some balls in the midfield but it is one of those things probably under frustration because they are players.
“We will try and iron out some of the mistakes they did so that we can take on Ba.”
